Our safety rules

• 18+ only. Every member and partner must be an adult.
• Platonic companionship only. TravelMate is for travel companionship: sightseeing, company, local guidance, shared meals and activities. Sexual services or any sexual content are strictly prohibited and lead to a permanent ban.
• ID-verified partners. Partners with a verified badge have passed our identity check.
• Pay only through the platform. Never pay in cash or by outside transfer. Platform payments protect both sides and enable refunds and dispute handling.
• Keep chat on the platform. Contact details are hidden in chat to protect both sides.
• Meet in public first. Share your itinerary with a friend or family member.
• Report anything uncomfortable. Use the Report button. We review every report.
